Elvira Hernandez has just been granted the 2018 Premio Iberoamericano de Poesía Pablo Neruda.

La Ministra de las Culturas, las Artes y el Patrimonio, Alejandra Pérez Lecaros, participó esta mañana en la deliberación realizada en La Sebastiana, en Valparaíso, y fue la encargada de informarle a la autora de “La bandera de Chile” la decisión del jurado, integrado por Elicura Chihuailaf, Galo Ghigliotto, Elsa Cross, Alicia Genovese y Mayra Santos.
