PLOVDIV – During the Spirits Selection Award 2018 in Bulgaria, three Chilean piscos have been awarded with a Golden Medal. Every year, in every category, liquors and spirits from all around the world are being judged and awarded. For most pisco lovers, this years winners couldn't have come as a surprise – all come from the Valle de Elqui.
Pisco, the Chilean (or Peruvian) national drink has given so many people great nights, good laughs and heavy headaches. Mostly drunk in a piscola or a pisco sour, and a guarantee for a fun night out. And Chile is a good country to drink your pisco – because this week several Chilean piscos were awarded with golden and silver medals during the Spirits Selection Award 2018, organized by the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
