Fundación Creches provides support to minors in irregular situation, offering shelter and education to approximately 20 girls, most of them in school age.
One of our directors visited the premises in Peñalolen, a suburb of Santiago that is located at the mountainside of Los Andes.
The orphanage is located in an isolated place and noticed they did not have proper security in place, leaving the girls exposed. They already had a burglary which resulted in one of the girls hospitalised. They contacted us requesting financial support to change this and install proper fences.
We were delighted to support them with a donation of £ 1500 to improve security for the girls.
