The Society's AGM was held on March 6th at the Embassy of Chile. Fiona Clouder was reelected as Chairman and Claudio Duran was elected as Treasurer. Claudio will be taking over from Robert Hart who was congratulated for 25 years in the role, and who has managed the financial affairs of the Society in an exemplary fashion and we will miss his wise counsel. The Executive committee was reelected and will be preparing some fundraising events in the next few months as well as our 80th celebration.
There was a reception afterwards with Chilean wines and some snacks. The Society was very grateful to all those who attended both in person and online as well as those who sent in their apologies for absence.
