Bringing Contemporary Chilean Theatre to UK Audiences

1 min read

The Anglo-Chilean Society is delighted to support I'd Rather Be Eaten by Dogs, a project led by Chilean theatre director and translator Fran Olivares Medina, through its Grants Programme. The grant will support the first English-language presentation of acclaimed Chilean playwright Carla Zúñiga's work in the UK, bringing contemporary Chilean theatre to new audiences through a free public performance and discussion in London. The project will foster cultural exchange, strengthen artistic links between Chile and the United Kingdom, and help showcase Chilean creative talent on the British stage.
