Fundación Mater Filius

The Anglo Chilean Society (ACS) has supported Fundación Mater Filius through a grant to transform its garden into a safe, inclusive, and sustainable recreational area for the children living at and attending the foundation. Mater Filius provides shelter, care, and protection to pregnant women in vulnerable situations, welcoming them and their children into a secure environment where they can live and grow together. The ACS grant will help fund the installation of durable playground equipment, creating an outdoor space where children of different ages can play, socialise, develop motor skills, and enjoy healthy recreation. By offering engaging alternatives to screen time and opportunities for outdoor play and interaction, this project will support the children's wellbeing and holistic development, ensuring they can experience the joy, friendship, and carefree moments that every child deserves.
