The AGM was held on March 8th at the Chilean Embassy.
In front of a full room Alasdair Grant was reelected chairman and Carmen Pearson elected as vice chairman. The executive committee was also reelected and the Ambassador thanked the Society for their hard work in particular for the fundraising appeal for the victims of those affected by the wildfires in Chile. The chairman thanked all those who made donations which raised a staggering £12000 for the relief effort.
After the meeting there was a reception with Chilean wine.
